Surajkund 2BHKs are massively overpriced for what you get

My landlord just hiked the rent again, and I'm honestly fed up. I'm finally taking the plunge and looking for a 2BHK in Faridabad, specifically around Surajkund. Everyone glorifies this corridor for luxury, but for a 2BHK under 1.5 Cr, I think most projects are seriously overrated. Amenities ka hype zyada hai, actual construction quality utni nahi. Matlab, is the premium for Surajkund worth it for a small unit? Change my mind.
