Property prices in Surajkund have jumped quite a bit in the last 18 months, or so I hear. I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest back home, but can't do a site inspection myself. Is Surajkund still considered undervalued for long-term appreciation, or has it already peaked? Honestly not sure if it's too late to get in.
