Did a site visit to Surendra Home 14 last week. Honestly, current pricing dekhke thodi frustration ho rahi hai. Jab liya tha, thought appreciation achi hogi. But ab resale market mein liquidity kaafi kam lag rahi hai. End-users kam hain kya? Anyone who bought early, what's your capital appreciation experience? Exit strategy kya hai?

Totally feel you on this, bhai. Surendra Home 14 ka naam sunke laga tha accha option hai, especially with it being completed. But ₹90L for 16 units, that's a small project, right? Usmein bhi liquidity issue? This is exactly my fear as a first-time buyer. Kya pata future mein kya hoga.
Exactly! Small projects often struggle with resale. 16 units matlab community bhi choti, demand kam. Bahut risky lag raha hai.
