Been looking at Surendra Home 14 for a while, and honestly, buying for myself feels different even though I'm in real estate. Builder log kya bolte hain about their actual construction quality? Site visits pe toh sab chamakta hai, but after 1-2 years, cracks, seepage issues... will it affect resale value or tenant attraction? Also, promised amenities vs. what's delivered – is that premium worth it for an investor? Maintenance costs later can kill ROI. Any real experiences, especially from investors?

My cousin bought a flat from a similar builder near Badshahpur a few years back, not Surendra but same tier. Promised a lot, delivered very little. Within a year, the paint started peeling, and bathroom fittings were terrible quality. Maintenance charges were high but no
Totally agree with the OP. Site visits pe toh sab perfect lagta hai. But construction quality is where most builders fail. Any specific issues with Surendra's previous projects that anyone knows of? Especially water seepage ya lifts ki problem?
Bhai, exactly my fear! Surendra Home 14 sounds good on paper but ₹90L for 16 units, sounds like a lot of pressure on the builder to cut corners. Resale value is my biggest worry too.
Exactly! Builders ki promises pe toh bharosa hi nahi raha ab. It's so frustrating.
Sahi kaha, resale value is key for us first-time buyers, even if we plan to live there. Builder log dikhate kuch aur hain, delivery mein sab compromise ho jaata hai. Regarding Surendra, I haven't heard specific issues about *this* project yet, but their track record for smaller projects in areas like Baharampur Naya wasn't stellar a few years back – delays and some quality complaints were common.
