Surendra Home 14 owners, maintenance charges vs actual service quality ka kya haal hai? I work in real estate but buying for myself is a totally different ball game. Builders bahut promise karte hain but is it value for money? Especially considering it's a small project with only 16 units, I'm worried if the maintenance team will even be properly staffed. Elevator quality aur response time kaisa hai? Tenant retention pe bahut impact padta hai yaar, aur main toh khud rehne ka soch raha hu.
