Surendra Home 57: Do high maintenance charges pay off?
Did a site visit to Surendra Home 57 last weekend. Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting and want to finally take the plunge. The brochures for Surendra Home 57 show great amenities, but I'm worried about what gets delivered versus what's actually there at possession. Has anyone bought here, or in Sohna generally, and seen a big gap between promised and delivered amenities? Also, the maintenance charges look pretty high. For investors, does anyone feel these high maintenance costs actually translate to good service quality, or is it just a drain on potential rental yield and resale value? I'm trying to figure out the EMI vs rent math, and these long-term costs are a big factor. Any thoughts on how construction quality impacts long-term maintenance bills too?
