I'll be honest, Surendra Home 57 ke ₹2.80 Cr price point pe, as an investor, I'm seriously doubting the ROI. Builder ka track record on past projects bhi utna clear nahi hai. Koi bata sakta hai on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Lagta hai brochures mein kuch aur, reality kuch aur hai.
