Agar ye unka pehla ya doosra project hai, toh risk badh jaata hai. 28 units matlab they are probably not a big player, so financial crunch ka risk bhi ho sakta hai. Budget-conscious ho toh always prefer projects with a good completion history. Mera toh yahi advice hai.

Thoda negotiation kiya toh woh bhi budget mein aa gaya. Under-construction ka risk bahut high hai, especially with these smaller builders. Resale value bhi directly linked hai builder ki reputation se.
