Honestly, I'm usually pretty confident with my numbers, but Suri Dwarkadish Floors has me second-guessing my typical investor strategy. I'm eyeing a completed unit there. For a ₹1.3 Cr+ property, what's the real rental yield like? Builders ke projections toh high hote hain, but ground reality kya hai? Capital appreciation ka scope kitna hai ab, post-completion? Resale market kitni liquid hai for these floors? Getting stuck with low ROI is my main concern. Actual numbers input would be great.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I've been looking at Suri Dwarkadish Floors too, and the numbers just don't add up for a first-time buyer like me. ₹1.3 Cr for a floor, that too with only 8 units? Seems super niche. I saw their brochure, possession date is listed as April 2025, but it's already completed? Builder marketing sab gol mol lagta hai. Is anyone actually getting decent rent from properties in this range in areas like Alaknanda? Capital appreciation post-completion is always a gamble, but here it feels like the dice are loaded against
