Suri Dwarkadish Floors premium isn't justified

Did a site visit to Suri Dwarkadish Floors on Saturday, and honestly, I'm not convinced about the hype. Everyone glorifies its 'luxury' tag, but for ₹3-4 Cr for a 3BHK, is the actual daily living experience *that* much better? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but yaar, the society ka vibe felt a bit isolated, not friendly. Not sure if the price jump is worth it. Kya itna paisa dekar bhi woh community feel milega? Change my mind.
