Okay I'll be honest — fed up of renting, finally decided to invest. Looking at Surya Apartment in New Delhi. Not sure about its resale market, yaar. Is there actual demand for flats here? Kitna capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain over 5 years? What's the real rental yield like?

Bhai, Surya Apartment ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My cousin almost booked there but pulled out last minute. Resale value kaafi low suni hai, especially considering the location. Think twice, yaar.
