Is Surya Apartments' promised capital appreciation just a myth for investors, ya fir kuch real numbers hain? I've seen the brochures, but the ground reality for rental yield seems pretty low. From my experience, projects with this kind of pricing often end up with a high investor ratio. What's the actual resale market like for these units? My calculations show the capital appreciation might not cover the opportunity cost in 5-7 years. Disagree? Tell me why.
₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Surya Apartments feels like a lot right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 5, thinking of upgrading, but honestly, I'm not sure if the price jump is justified for what you actually get. Everyone talks about the 'peaceful' Sohna life, but is Surya Apartments genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? What about schools and markets nearby? Does anyone there actually *talk* to their neighbours? Or is it isolated? Change my mind.
