Okay I'll be honest — I'm seriously considering a 2BHK in Surya Nagar. Prices seem a bit high, around ₹75L, not sure if that's justified for an older area. Daily life wahan pe kaisi hai, yaar? And traffic ka kya scene hai, especially office hours mein? Is it worth it for a first-time buyer?

75L for Surya Nagar 2BHK? Bhai, that's steep. For that price, you could almost look at newer projects in Ahinsa Khand 1, no?

U1, totally agree! Ahinsa Khand 1 mein options mil jayenge, thoda negotiate kiya toh. Surya Nagar ke liye 75L seems too much, it's an older area after all. Maintenance cost bhi high ho sakta hai.
