Visited 3 projects in Sus last Saturday. Honestly, I'm not sure why everyone's pushing this area so hard. Saw some 2BHKs for ₹85L, which feels super high for an emerging suburb. Traffic already looks crazy, especially towards Baner. People say it's future-ready but current infrastructure kidhar hai? Lagta hai bas investment hype hai, real resident life ka kya? Commute to Hinjewadi looks like a nightmare. Change my mind, but Sus ke prices seem totally unjustified for what you actually get right now. Is this just builder ka strategy?

Totally agree, bhai! Sus ke prices are crazy. I saw a 1BHK near Sus Gaon for ₹60L, that too for a small carpet area. Builder ne toh bas 'upcoming' bolke rates badha diye hain. Hinjewadi commute is still a pain, no matter what they promise.
