Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sushant Lok. Honestly, after what happened with my current builder, I'm just so frustrated. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK villa. My current project promised possession in December, but ab March bhi cross ho gaya. EMI chal rahi hai, and rent bhi. Double burden ho gaya. Is this common practice in Mohali? Koi aur ne bhi face kiya hai same builder delays in Sushant Lok? How did you get things moving? Compensation for mental harassment possible?
