Is Sushant Lok I still a smart move for long-term value appreciation? Just moved into my 3BHK from MRG Group, possession was in March. Paid around ₹2.1 Cr, all-in, for a 4th floor unit. Us time laga tha ki sahi deal mili hai, given Gurugram prices are just shooting up. But now I'm hearing so much about Dwarka Expressway sectors like 102-113 having better growth potential and newer infrastructure coming up. Yaar, did I pick the wrong area for future capital appreciation? Are there any 'price correction zones' left in Gurugram that offer genuine value for end-users, not just investors? I'm wondering if I should've looked harder there. Has anyone else felt this post-purchase confusion about market trends?
