Been looking for a place for myself for months now, and Sushant Lok II keeps coming up. I work in real estate so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is different. I'm seeing prices for a 3BHK around ₹2.5 Cr here, which honestly feels high for the supposed daily struggles. Is the daily life actually worth it? How's the water supply situation – totally tanker dependent or municipal connection is reliable? And traffic during peak hours towards Cyber City, is it a nightmare or manageable? What's the real ground reality for residents here, off the record?

Been living near SL2 for 5 years now, just across the road. The traffic to Cyber City is indeed a nightmare during peak hours, especially near the Sector 55/56 red light – it can easily add 30-45 minutes to your commute. Water situation has improved a bit with some new connections, but it still heavily depends on the society's internal infrastructure. My friend in a builder floor society still relies on tankers for 2-3 days a week. ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK is definitely on the higher side unless it's a very premium builder with excellent amenities. Have you checked anything around Airport Road for comparison? Might get better value, though connectivity can be an issue.
I've been hearing about the water problem too, especially in the older parts of SL2. My agent downplayed it, but the community buzz is strong. Any specific sectors or blocks one should absolutely avoid if water supply is a major concern?
Sahi kaha, Sector 57 ka haal bura hai. My friend in Sector 50 also complains about irregular water pressure and dependency on tankers during summers.
Yes, bhai, some parts of Sector 57, particularly the independent builder floors, face severe issues. My cousin lives there, they get municipal supply only for a few hours, then it's tanker time. Better to check societies with dedicated borewells or good RWA management. Even some pockets near Badshahpur face similar woes.
Totally agree with the original post! ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sushant Lok II, with these rumored daily struggles? Feels way too high. Is it really worth it?
