Sushant Lok mein hidden issues kya hain?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved. Sushant Lok dekh raha hoon. Builders hidden risks nahi batate. Traffic, water issues kaafi sunne mein aa rahe hain. Actual ground reality kya hai? Maintenance ka kya scene hai?

Bhai, paani ki problem toh real hai, especially if you're looking at older constructions. Main Phase 1 mein ek rented apartment mein raha hoon, subah-subah pressure low rehta tha, aur kabhi-kabhi supply hi cut ho jaati thi for hours. Builder ne bola tha 24/7 supply, but it was far from it. Basai ya Baharampur Naya mein toh phir bhi thoda better hai in terms of ground water access. Iska koi permanent solution hai ya sirf storage tank install karwana padta hai?
Maintenance charges U4 ne sahi pucha. My friend in DLF Phase 4 (which is adjacent to Sushant Lok) pays almost ₹6-7 per sqft. Sushant Lok mein bhi similar hi hai, plus common area electricity, lift maintenance, security, etc. Current market conditions mein Gurugram mein property prices already high hain, upar se yeh recurring costs bhi add ho jaate hain. Check RWA meeting minutes and financials before buying, that's my tip.
U5, permanent solution toh RWA ko hi push karna padega for better infrastructure with the municipal corporation. But individual level pe, haan, log high-capacity storage tanks lagwate hain. Ya phir booster pumps with water purifiers jo low pressure pe bhi kaam karein.

Sushant Lok looks great on paper, but you're right to ask about hidden issues. Traffic is a nightmare during peak hours, especially near HUDA City Centre and Golf Course Road. I've heard water supply can be quite erratic in some of the older blocks, especially during summer. Be careful, builders often paint a rosy picture.
Dekho, Sushant Lok ka charm alag hai. Yes, traffic hai, but which part of Gurgaon doesn't have it? Water issues are mostly in Phase 1 and very old societies, Phase 2 and 3 are comparatively better. Maintenance depends heavily on your specific society RWA, so check that thoroughly.
Totally agree about traffic! Meri office commute toh double ho gayi hai. Aur paani ka issue bhi real hai, RO lagwana pada for drinking.
