Sushant Lok Sohna: What's the real daily life like?

Did a site visit to some projects around Sushant Lok I, Sohna, last weekend. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, it's a different ball game yaar. Brochures look great, but actual daily life, commute, shops ki accessibility... kya scene hai? Anyone living there can share pros and cons off the record? Pani ka issue suna hai, is that true? Builders will never tell you these things. What's the real feel of the place? Should I reconsider?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! I also visited Sohna projects last month. Brochures are pure fantasy. Pani ka issue toh pakka hai, I heard from a local shopkeeper near Badshahpur that water tankers are a regular sight in some pockets. Commute from there to Gurgaon main city is also a killer during peak hours. Don't fall for the 'future development' trap, especially if you're like me, needing something ready now.
