I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 43, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Sushant Lok. Price jump bahut zyada lagta hai, honestly not sure if it's worth it. Jo log wahan rehte hain, traffic ka kya scene hai daily? Especially during peak hours. Aur amenities, like parks ya local shops, kaisa hai? Brochures mein sab acha dikhta hai but ground reality kya hai? Already have a home loan, so this next move needs to be sahi. Is the premium justified for actual living experience?
