Suthiyana mein property prices justify karte hain kya for an NRI?

Suthiyana mein 3BHK ke liye ₹85L+ maang rahe hain, is it really justified for the current infra? I'm based in Dubai, can't do a site inspection myself, so relying heavily on property managers and brokers. Bahut tension hai legal clarity ko leke, especially for resale later. Kya koi bata sakta hai actual ground reality kya hai Suthiyana mein? Are these prices sustainable, ya sirf hype hai? And for an NRI, managing everything remotely, are there hidden costs I should watch out for?
