Suthiyana's future looks promising but has issues
Visited Suthiyana last weekend, checked out a few 3BHK options. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading. Honestly, prices yahan par thode high lag rahe hain for what's offered, not sure if that premium is justified. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big jump, want to be sure it's worth it. Jo log wahan rehte hain, unka daily-life ka experience kaisa hai? Metro connectivity and last-mile options ka kya scene hai, is it a struggle? Aur schools nearby kaise hain, especially for primary kids? Long-term investment potential kya lagta hai for Suthiyana? With Jewar airport and FNG coming up, appreciation toh expected hai, but will this specific area see good ROI in 3-5 years? Resale market ka kya scene hai after 3-5 years? Any hidden costs ya issues jo builders like Gaursons or ACE Group nahi batate? Confused hoon, any advice helps.
