₹7.78 Cr for a flat in SVP Krishan Vihar, Ghaziabad — this price point got me thinking. I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Since it's a completed project, what's the actual resale market like here? Matlab, kitna liquid hai? Is the investor ratio high, making it a ghost society, ya end-users bhi hain? Considering such a high ticket size, exit strategy bohot important hai. Kya capital appreciation expected hai next 5-7 saal mein? Any experiences with rental yields in SVP Krishan Vihar?
