My 2BHK in Sector 78 gave good appreciation. Considering SVS Rudra Heights for investment. SVS Homes ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Resale market kitni liquid hai for these? Any tips for checking actual value?

Bhai, investment ke liye SVS Rudra Heights? Thoda risky lag raha hai. Total units bas 12 hain, itni small society mein liquidity issue ho sakta hai resale ke time. Plus, builder ka track record bahut important hai, especially for smaller ones.
