₹28 lakh for a 1BHK in SVS Homes Wellington 2, Sector 16B. Seems decent for a completed project, but I'm eyeing it purely for investment. From my experience, completed projects sometimes have limited upside. Launch ke time kya rates the? Kitna capital appreciation already ho chuka hai, koi idea? My main concern is rental yield and exit strategy. Realistically, kitna rent mil sakta hai yahan se? 10-12k minimum toh chaiye. Also, investor vs end-user ratio ka kya scene hai? Ghost society nahi chahiye yaar. 5-7 saal baad resale market kitna liquid hoga? Nahi toh paisa phas jayega. Koi investor bhai log hain wahan? Please share your experience, worth it hai kya?
