₹65,000 rent every month. Swaraj Homes Media Enclave Ghaziabad mein dekha. Investor hoon. Amenities dikhte hain, but construction quality ka kya? Cracks, seepage... resale pe impact hoga na? Clubhouse use bhi hota hai ya ghost facility?

Yaar, exactly what I've been thinking! Swaraj Homes ka brochure toh bada fancy lagta hai, but andar se kya hai, kaun jaane. Mere ek friend ne Ghaziabad mein hi liya tha ek project, naam nahi bataunga, lekin possession ke baad itne issues aaye ki pucho mat. Builder ne sab dikhaya, but finishings aur plumbing mein itni complaints thi. Budget buyers ke liye ye risk lena bahot mushkil hai.
