Jab main site visit gaya tha, they showed me a lot, but I'm thinking about the real ground reality. Is their RERA registration number actually up-to-date with all amendments? Anupam Enclave ka toh naam hi suna hai, kabhi ground pe kuch activity dekhi nahi. 1.1 Cr se 2.4 Cr ka price range bata rahe hain, woh bhi 2013 ke project ke liye? Aaj ki date mein bhi itna price demand kar rahe hain toh woh toh scam lag raha hai. Koi update hai kya is project pe abhi? Kisi ne recent site visit kiya hai?

Agar project ka status 'null' hai ya 'lapsed' hai, toh matlab builder ne project abandon kar diya hai ya usko RERA se approval hi nahi mila hai ya revoke ho gaya hai. Bahut risky hai aise projects mein invest karna, especially for first-time buyers like us.
Exactly! 2013 ki date dekh ke toh main sidha skip kar deta. Mera friend bhi aise hi ek project mein phasa tha Alaknanda mein, ab tak possession nahi mila. Pura paisa block ho gaya.
