Agar location acchi hai toh purani property bhi chal jaati hai. Anupam Enclave ki location toh sahi hai, right? Near Alaknanda?
Bhai, 2013 possession date hai. Itni purani property mein kya appreciation expect karoge? Maintenance issues bhi honge aur resale value bhi utni high nahi milegi. At ₹1.5 Cr, you can find newer options, maybe a bit further out, but with better potential than an old project.
