Honestly, I'm finding it super tough to gauge the real appreciation potential for Swaraj Homes Anupam Enclave. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr, looking at it for investment. Any idea how much its prices have moved since launch? Matlab, pre-launch buyers ne kitna profit banaya hoga? I'm worried if all the upside is already gone. Agar location acchi hai toh purani property bhi chal jaati hai. Anupam Enclave ki location toh sahi hai, right? Near Alaknanda?
Bhai, 2013 possession date hai. Itni purani property mein kya appreciation expect karoge? Maintenance issues bhi honge aur resale value bhi utni high nahi milegi. At ₹1.5 Cr, you can find newer options, maybe a bit further out, but with better potential than an old project.
