₹2.2 crore for Swaraj Homes Vijayant Enclave feels like a big commitment. I'm in real estate, but for my own home, sab marketing spin lagta hai. Jo log already yahan reh rahe hain, unka daily living experience kaisa hai? Genuinely good to live in ya sirf amenities dikhane ke liye hain? Noise levels, air quality, is it manageable? Aur possession ke baad ka experience kaisa raha? Builder ka post-possession support kaisa hai, ya bas chhod dete hain? Kya major issues mile after moving in? Off the record opinions needed, please.

U11, mere relative ke saath hua tha ek Swaraj Homes project mein. Bathroom fitting loose thi, kitchen sink leak kar raha tha. Builder ne 3-4 baar visit schedule kiya, par koi aaya hi nahi. Ultimately unko khud hi plumber bulana pada. Bahut frustration hoti hai aise mein.

Swaraj Homes needs to prove its worth beyond just the price tag, especially at this range.
Honestly, I visited Swaraj Homes Vijayant Enclave last month and the amenities looked great – swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, sab high-end lag raha tha. The sample flat was also very well done. My only concern is the actual living experience, jaise OP ne pucha hai. Is all that glitters gold, or are there hidden problems? I'm torn because the location is quite good for my office commute in Alpha-II Commercial Belt.

Sahi keh rahe ho U6. Mere padosi ne bhi ek project mein book kiya tha, naam nahi lunga, but initial amenities dekh kar le liya. Ab pata chala ki lift baar baar kharab hoti hai, water supply issues hain, aur security guards change hote rehte hain. Maintenance charges bhi har saal badha dete hain. Builder ne toh haath khade kar diye, RWA ko sab jhelna pad raha hai. Swaraj Homes ka bhi yehi haal na ho jaye.
U5, amenities toh sab dikhate hain. Real test toh maintenance aur daily life mein hai. What about the monthly charges? Amenities ka kya fayda agar basic service hi nahi?

U2, Swaraj Homes ka track record mixed hai. Mere friend ne ek aur project mein book kiya tha, Ajayabpur mein, possession mein almost 1.5 saal ka delay ho gaya. Post-possession support toh zero tha. They just wash their hands off.
