Swaraj Homes or Sai Dham Greens - which one, yaar?
I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, right? I'm looking at Swaraj Homes Shatabdi Enclave. Ready to move, which is a big plus. Price looks decent, around 35-45L. But then there's Sai Dham Infra Projects Greens. Under construction, so thoda risk hai. Anyone has experience with either? I know what builders don't tell you. Honestly not sure which one to pick. Swaraj Homes mein resale value kaisi rahegi? Aur Sai Dham ka builder ka track record kya hai? Heard some mixed reviews. I'm thinking long-term investment, like 5 years. Which one would give better ROI, you think? Any thoughts? Am I missing something?

Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur Swaraj Homes Shatabdi Enclave ka ready-to-move aspect bahut tempt kar raha hai. 35-45L budget mein toh thik lag raha hai, but long-term ROI ka darr hai. Sai Dham ka under-construction sunke toh aur tension ho jaati hai. Kya pata project delay ho jaaye ya quality compromise ho? Ready-to-move mein bhi hidden issues hote hain, right? Bohut confuse hoon.
