Since my kids moved out last year, I'm looking at Swaraj Homes RWA Pocket B Dilshad Garden. Interested in a compact flat. Wahan ka clubhouse kaisa hai, sach mein use hota hai ya bas showpiece? Maintenance charge dete hain, toh facilities bhi achhi honi chahiye na? Any experiences?

Swaraj Homes? Dilshad Garden is well-connected. ₹1.1 Cr for a compact flat sounds high for an RWA. Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Sach mein value for money milta hai kya for the clubhouse?
U1, maintenance charges are definitely a pain point in many RWAs. Swaraj Homes mein, I've heard from a friend who lives nearby, they collect charges regularly but the clubhouse is mostly for events, not daily use. The gym is okay, but not state-
