Swaraj Homes RWA Pocket B Dilshad Garden – this project keeps me worried. I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits often. My broker ne jo amenities list di thi and jo brochure mein tha, it feels like they're completely different from what possession ke time mil raha hai. Especially for things like the clubhouse and gym. Is it just me, or is the actual delivery usually so far off? For an investor like me, who relies on good rentals, yeh cheezein matter karti hain. Tenant attraction and resale value par effect aata hai. Kya yeh common hai ki builder sirf paper pe hi sab 'world-class' dikhata hai? How do you guys manage when you're not physically present? Power of attorney holders kitna help kar sakte hain to verify these things before final payment? Any advice on this, yaa it's just a risk we have to take?

Absolutely! Specially with these smaller projects in areas like Anand Vihar, they cut corners everywhere. Mera friend Ansal Villas mein fasa tha, promised a huge park, got a small patch of grass. It's a nightmare for first-time buyers who don't know the tricks.
