Dilshad Garden – just moved into Swaraj Homes RWA Pocket B a couple months back. Honestly, things nobody told me about power backup are hitting hard. My unit only gets common area backup, not full flat. This wasn't clear during booking. Tenants always ask about 24/7 power, especially with summer coming, so this impacts rent potential and tenant attraction big time. Also, the general water supply reliability is a bit shaky, relying on tankers more than expected. These unexpected operational realities add to costs and seem like a significant long-term factor. How much does partial power backup really affect resale value for investors here? Is full flat backup a deal-breaker for tenants?

Sahi pakde ho. My cousin also faced this in a society near Alaknanda. They said 'power backup', but it was only for lifts and common lights. This false advertising is common. What about the water tanker issue? Is it a regular thing or temporary for Swaraj Homes
Yaar, this is exactly why I'm so scared to buy. Builders promise moon, deliver dust. Partial backup is a joke in Delhi summers, especially for ₹1.1 Cr. So misleading!
