₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 82A from Swaraj Homes — is this the actual final price ya phir aur bhi bohot kuch lagta hai? My parents keep saying builders always have hidden costs, aur ab samajh nahi aa raha what's included. We saw a place, it looked good, but then they mentioned stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC... honestly, I had no idea all this adds up so much. Is it possible to negotiate on these extra charges, or just on the base price? Some say Sohna mein negotiation bohot tough hai, but I'm thinking of trying for at least 5-7% off. What's been your experience with Swaraj Homes or in Sector 82A generally? Trying to figure out the true all-in cost before I commit. Any tips on avoiding last-minute surprises?
