Is a completed project like Paramount Luxury GCE really stress-free? I'm looking at it versus Swaraj Homes Siddhartha. Even ready-to-move projects have hidden issues, especially with carpet area efficiency. Builders always play games – what's the actual usable space there? Swaraj Homes ka toh status hi unclear hai, toh builder pe kaise trust karein for timely OC? Buying for myself is different. Anyone faced RWA or maintenance issues post-possession in Paramount GCE? What's the ground reality on builder trust?
₹78L for a 3BHK in Swaraj Homes Siddhartha Apartment seems okay on paper. But from my experience, the advertised price per sqft rarely matches the final cost after PLC, stamp duty, aur other charges. I'm seeing carpet area efficiency is pretty good there, better than many new projects actually. What's your take on its 5-year appreciation potential? Lagta hai isme genuine ROI milega ya just average?
