Swaraj Homes Vijayant Enclave: Monthly costs kitne padte hain?
Honestly, I'm finding it tough to decide on a new place. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big house anymore. Looking at Swaraj Homes Vijayant Enclave, Greater Noida. Price looks okay but I'm really worried about the actual monthly maintenance charges. Existing residents, what's the ground reality? Is society ka vibe achha hai? And hospital proximity, is that good?

Be very careful with 'Swaraj Homes'. I've heard mixed reviews about their previous projects, especially delays. Greater Noida mein bahut builders ne promises kiye hain but deliver nahi karte. Check their RERA status thoroughly and don't just go by the initial price.

Sahi kaha aapne! Mere ek friend ne Alistonia Estate mein liya tha, 2 saal late possession mila. Builder ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai ab. Vijayant Enclave ka RERA status kya hai, kisi ko pata hai?
Totally relate! Swaraj Homes ka price toh theek lagta hai, but maintenance ka darr mujhe bhi hai. Kids ke baad peace of mind chahiye.
