Noida folks, need your thoughts. I'm looking at Swaraj Homes Shatabdi Enclave and Amrapali Cloud Ville. Big price difference, obviously. Swaraj Homes is ready to move, around 32-45L. Amrapali Cloud Ville is way more, 7Cr to 24Cr. I need at least a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a safe place for the children. Cloud Ville promises fancy amenities, but honestly, are they worth that much more? Swaraj Homes is ready OC. No risk of possession delay, which is a big plus for me. But is
