Swarn Nagri upgrade dilemma: Price vs. daily life reality

Swarn Nagri property prices are seriously overhyped for what you actually get. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa in Swarn Nagri. But yaar, the price jump for something like a Gaurs or Mahagun project wahan feels way too much. Is the daily life experience, like metro connectivity ya basic amenities, truly worth that premium? Plus, resale market ka kya scene hai? Agar future mein sell karna pada, will it be easy or will it be stuck? Change my mind.
