Swarnim Vihar: Daily living reality check?
Is Swarnim Vihar's 'premium' tag just for show when it comes to daily living? Moved into my 2BHK here just 3 months back, and already seeing cracks near window sills and some seepage in the bathroom wall. Honestly, it's like the finishing wasn't checked properly. The clubhouse looks great in photos but half the equipment in the gym is always 'under maintenance', and the swimming pool was barely usable this summer. We're paying decent maintenance charges, but the actual service quality for things like common area cleaning or elevator response feels really off. Am I overthinking, or are these issues common in Noida Extension, especially with builders like this? What's your first-hand experience with construction quality and usable amenities after possession?
