₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Swarnim Vihar, but the parking scene has me worried. Builders promise so much, but usually parking allocation lottery system ban jaata hai. Is it really reserved for everyone or will it be a daily headache? For future resale ya tenant attraction, proper parking is a big deal, right? Also, water supply reliability – tank capacity aur tanker dependency kitna important hai? Don't want future tenants complaining about water issues. My parents keep saying basic infrastructure is key. Is the premium for these projects worth it if these things aren't sorted? What's your experience?

Yaar, parking ka issue toh har naye project mein hai. Swarnim Vihar mein bhi same story lag rahi hai. 85L for a 2BHK is a big amount, aur agar basic amenities hi sorted nahi hain toh kya fayda? Noida mein abhi market thoda slow hai, toh buyers ke paas leverage hai. Builder ko push karna chahiye.
