Noida Extension — I'm finally done with renting, landlord raised rent again! Looking at places like Swarnim Vihar. My main worry is about amenities. Builders promise the world, but is the clubhouse actually usable? Or does it just sit there empty, racking up maintenance costs? Also, are the green areas really open spaces or just tiny patches between towers? I'm trying to decide if it's worth taking the plunge here. Any experiences with actual delivered amenities versus what was shown?

Swarnim Vihar? Bhai, amenities ka toh sirf naam hota hai. Kya sach mein kuch use hota hai wahan? Ya bas show-off hai?
Sahi pakde ho! Meri cousin wahan rehti hai. Pool theek hai, but community hall rarely use hota hai. Kids' play area chhota sa hai. Maintenance charges poore dete hain, but facilities fully functional nahi lagti. It's more about the 'idea' of amenities than actual usage.
