Swarnim Vihar residents: How's power and water supply?

Visited Swarnim Vihar last weekend, looking for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a safe place for our kids, especially good play areas. Saw the amenities, but how's the actual power backup there? Is it full flat or just common areas? Also, with water supply, do residents face tanker dependency or is the society's tank capacity reliable? Need honest opinions. Should I be worried about these things in the long run?

Yaar, ye power aur water ka issue toh har naye project mein hota hai. ₹60-95L ki range mein itni basic cheezon pe compromise toh nahi chalega. OP ka concern genuine hai, especially kids ke liye. Maine bhi suna hai Swarnim Vihar ke baare mein, amenities toh acchi dikhti hain, but ground reality kya hai, pata nahi.
