Swastik Developers resale: Can I bargain more?

My son starts school next year, need a bigger place ASAP. We're eyeing 3BHKs in Sector 6, maybe a resale from Swastik Developers. Builder se toh negotiation mushkil lag rahi hai. But secondary market deals mein kya scene hai? Anyone bought resale recently? Kitna discount mil sakta hai actually?

Bhai, same boat! Sector 6 is good for schools. Swastik is tricky. Resale mein I've heard 5-10% is possible but depends on the seller ki kitni jaldi hai. In general, for Swastik projects in Sector 6, what kind of discounts are people actually getting?
