Guys, I'm confused between Swastik Eternity Buildtech and Grisha Orchid Prime in Noida. Both are ready to move, which is great. But what about the location? Which one has better connectivity to the metro or main highways? Kya kisi ko pata hai? Also, price-wise, Grisha Orchid seems more affordable. But is Swastik Eternity worth the extra cost?
