Since January I've been shortlisting flats, fed up of renting yaar. Looking at T And T Digitown II. Brochure promised so much, but I'm hearing about major delays. Is anyone else facing issues with possession timeline or hidden charges? What's the real situation on project delivery? Worried about my EMI vs rent math if this drags.
Aask Homes 04 ki ready possession kaafi attractive lag rahi hai, especially with kids' school admissions. My wife is really pushing for something immediate. T And T Digitown II bhi dekh rahe hain, but woh under-construction hai. Ghaziabad mein schools aur hospitals ke paas kaunsa better hai? Aur under-construction risk kitna hai Digitown mein? Community ka kya opinion hai?

Builder ka hidden charges, PLC, OC... sab milake, kitna extra dena padega? Don't want to end up in a ghost society with high investor ratio, you know? What's the real ground reality for these two? Change my mind.
₹1.5 crore for T And T Digitown II – I'm finally done with renting. Everyone glorifies Digitown II's amenities, but honestly, kitne kaam aate hain daily? Is the actual living experience good ya bas brochure pe achha hai? Change my mind.
