It's not just slow; it's proper gridlock, making even short commutes a pain. And don't even get me started on monsoon. Last year's waterlogging was insane, drainage is a complete mess. You really have to wonder what you're paying for when basic civic infrastructure struggles this much. Is the perceived 'premium' of this area truly worth these daily struggles? Are these prices sustainable, or just inflated hype with poor ROI prospects? What's the actual resale market like here? I'm honestly frustrated.

Sahi baat hai! Tagore Park mein ek project dekha tha 'Green Meadows' naam ka, builder bol raha tha possession 6 months mein, but reviews online bahut mixed hain. Koi idea hai us builder ka track record kaisa hai? Yaar, itna paisa daalna hai, darr lagta hai.
Green Meadows? Oh no, stay away from them. My friend booked a flat with them in their Ghaziabad project. Possession was delayed by 2 years, and when they finally got it, the finishing was shoddy. Plus, they kept adding hidden charges. RERA mein complaint bhi ki thi but process bahut slow hai. Unka customer service bhi bahut poor hai. Please
