Taj Skyscape Noida - Overpriced ya value for money?

Guys, what's your take on this Taj Skyscape project in Noida? I saw this video about Gulshan launching it in Sector 129, and they're talking about ultra-luxury serviced apartments. But tbh, the price seems a bit high considering the location, even with the Taj branding. Completion is like 5 years away too! Is it worth investing now? Kya lagta hai aap logon ko? Any thoughts?
