My lease ends in 3 months and I'm fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge to buy. Budget is around ₹90L for a 2BHK. I'm torn between Noida Extension and Sector 150. Noida Extension seems more developed now, but Sector 150 has the Jewar Airport potential. Is now even the right time to buy in Noida, or are prices too high already? I heard about steady 5-10% appreciation, but is there still room to grow? Should I wait, or just jump in? What's your take?

Bhai, sahi time hai. Noida Extension toh ab poora develop ho gaya hai, connectivity bhi achhi hai. ₹90L mein 2BHK mil jayega aaram se, aur appreciation bhi steady hai. Rent se toh achha hi hai apna ghar, at least apni property toh banegi. Don't wait too long, prices keep climbing.
