TARC Tripundra: Is it genuinely good for family living?
My current flat feels too small for us now, and with kids growing up, we need more space. We're seriously looking at TARC Tripundra in New Delhi, the 3BHK options there. The brochure looks amazing, but I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience for families. Honestly not sure if it's worth the premium just based on marketing. Mera main concern kids ki schooling aur overall neighbourhood safety hai. Are there good schools nearby, like within a 5-10 km radius? And the community vibe, is it friendly for families or more isolated? Also, since construction abhi chal raha hai, noise levels ka kya scene hoga after possession? What's your take, especially those living nearby or who've visited?

Delhi mein real estate prices abhi peak par hain, especially South Delhi. Is price range mein bohot options hain. Have you looked at anything else? Is it purely for investment or self-use? Kids ki schooling ka point valid hai, but for 7-11 Cr, you should expect top schools in 5km radius. For safety, new gated communities are generally good, but always check the actual security setup.
Bhai, RERA number DLRERA2022P0007 toh theek hai, but TARC ka track record kaisa hai? Kabhi delayed projects ka issue toh nahi aaya? 187 units ka project hai, agar delays hue toh bahut log fas jayenge. That's a lot of money to block.
Maine site visit kiya tha, location aur amenities ka brochure toh accha lag raha hai. Kids ke liye parks aur open spaces dikha rahe the. But yes, price is a big factor. Possession date 2026 hai, tab tak kya guarantee? Builder delays are so common these days.
On the amenities part, I heard they are planning some good recreational facilities. If your kids are young, those spaces could be a big plus. But for the price, the quality of construction needs to be top-notch too.
Guarantee for possession is always tricky. My cousin booked a flat near Alaknanda, they promised 2023 but now it's 2025. You have to factor in potential delays into your planning.
U3, exactly! I've seen so many projects where the possession date keeps shifting. For TARC Tripundra, the RERA number is DLRERA2022P0007, so they are registered, but that doesn't stop delays completely. It only gives you some recourse.
7-11 Cr for a 3BHK? Yaar, that's a huge premium. Are you sure about the budget? Construction noise will be a headache for years. My friend bought in Anand Niketan, same issue, construction went on for ages next door.
Bhai, 2026 possession date hai. Construction noise toh pakka hoga for at least another year or two after you move in. It's a big project with 187 units, so work will go on. Think about that.
Totally agree with U2! That price range is insane for a first-time buyer. Plus, noise pollution can seriously affect kids. I'd be very cautious.
