₹1.30 Cr–₹1.70 Cr for Tarun Vihar Apartments — is this a good entry point for investment? I'm based in Dubai and looking at potential properties in Delhi. Tarun Vihar caught my eye, but I can't do a site inspection myself. Main concern hai rental yield. Kya yahan actual mein accha rent mil jaata hai, ya sirf marketing numbers hain? Need to understand the real rental income potential and how quickly units get leased out. Resale market ka kya scene hai? How liquid is this project? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, will it be easy to find a buyer? Builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially regarding timely possession? Being an NRI, legal clarity aur RERA compliance bahut important hai. Any advice on property managers or power of attorney arrangements for this area would be really helpful.
